As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role in our warehouse operations by selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll work in a clean, safety-focused environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail help ensure pet stores and animal care organizations receive the products they need. Current Openings 1st Shift (Pay: $19.00/hour) Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm What You'll Do Use an order selector to pick bulk bag and full-case customer orders throughout our distribution center. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and pallet jacks. Build pallets accurately and efficiently for outbound shipments. Transport completed pallets to the loading dock for truck loading. Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety by following all company policies and PPE requirements. Participate in safety programs and proactively identify and communicate potential hazards. Support warehouse operations with additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers is a plus. Ability to pass a 5-year background check and pre-employment drug screening. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Why Choose Phillips?
