System Support Analyst
Job description
As the System Support Analyst, you will be part of a help desk team concentrating on needs in our Carlisle facility. You will work on Service. Now request tickets and incidents. There will be a concentration of handling network and equipment installation and problem solving. You will be responsible for all equipment in the facility, printers, computers, barcode equipment.
You will also support other locations with their requests and incidents.
