Provide guidance, support, and direction to a small team of healthcare professionals. Help coordinate patient assessments, treatment plans, medication administration, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with applicable healthcare standards and procedures. Collaborate with facility personnel and healthcare leadership to address patient care needs. Support staff communication, workflow coordination, and efficient day-to-day operations. Promote a professional, respectful, and patient-centered healthcare environment. Balance administrative responsibilities with clinical oversight and the needs of the patients we serve.

Qualifications

🩺 Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure in Georgia. Previous nursing experience required. Supervisory, team coordination, or clinical leadership experience is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with a small healthcare team.
