Talent Management Specialist - Tribal Operations

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting performance management, leadership course development, succession planning, early career programs and processes, and onboarding new hires and integration for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) and its Tribal Operations departments and enterprises.

This includes communications, delivering training, and focus on program administration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
