Sales Operations Specialist

Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's business and sales activities, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization. The position combines operational excellence, data analysis, process management, and business support, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor customer purchase orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution and timely follow-up. Support day-to-day sales operations activities and contribute to the achievement of business objectives. Generate reports, analyze business data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Assist in budget planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, and external partners. Maintain and update data across ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Support business processes and operational workflows while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives. Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to support reliable reporting and business operations. Contribute to process optimization initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Requirements

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Ability to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful reports. Fluent English Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP and CRM systems Experience with Priority, Oracle, and/or Salesforce CRM Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
