We’re inviting applications for a one-year fixed-term leadership role as Community Co-Ordinator: Service , starting in January 2027. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our mission of raising up servant leaders in meaningful and practical ways.

About the Role

This role involves co-ordinating and growing service opportunities for students at Kings. Way. You will liaise closely with all teachers in charge of service groups to support and align service initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

Collating and reviewing all service programmes at Years 1 - 13 Conducting annual evaluations of all student service programmes Liaising with and guiding all staff leaders of councils Liaising with SMT responsible for extra-curricular activities The successful applicant will have a strong sense of the importance and value of service.
