The CNC Supervisor oversees daily production activities and resources within the assigned manufacturing cell, including CNC machining and finishing operations. This role is responsible for meeting production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of quality machined parts, maximizing labor and equipment efficiency, and maintaining safe and organized working conditions.

The CNC Supervisor drives daily management activities, monitors operational performance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and workflow. This position also provides direct supervision, coaching, and development for employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
