GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Primary responsibility is to coordinate the successful delivery of merchandise through interaction with internal, external customers and contractors. Effectively perform job duties as assigned while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Maintain a friendly and professional environment by greeting and acknowledging every customer and co-worker that approaches. Effectively resolve or escalate customer service issues and requests to management. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
