Engineering Assistant, Test

Engineering Assistant, Test Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production and test equipment according to schedule. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime. Support production operations, including rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for manufacturing equipment. Assist Test Engineers in maintaining and improving test processes and equipment. Support hardware and software upgrades for production test systems. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and processes. Collect and monitor production data to support quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.

Assist in identifying process issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and defects.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment maintenance practices. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures. Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
