Community Direct Support Professional

Opportunities are currently available for Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with development disabilities in the community and in their homes throughout Rutland County. This position assists individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: behavioral needs, transportation, medical management, and more.

This position will assist in planning and carrying out individuals' programs as well as implementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA). This job is rewarding and incredibly transformative.
