JOB SUMMARY
The Banquet Setup Associate’s primary responsibility is to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of excellence by providing the highest quality of service to guests. The Banquet Setup Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all banquet rooms, hallways, and storage and service areas. This position requires setting up the banquet rooms per the specifications of the BEOs and then resetting the banquet rooms to the original state after the event has concluded. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
