Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and patient-focused approach.Ability to support, guide and influence others through mentoring and knowledge sharing.You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in regional, rural or community-focused healthcare settings and/or additional clinical training in a specialty area.
