Packaging Associate

What You’ll Do: Inspect and package vinyl records according to client and company specs Label, wrap, and organize products for shipment with speed and accuracy Operate packaging tools and equipment safely Check finished goods for quality, catching any defects before they go out the door Keep your workspace clean and organized Help monitor packaging supply levels and report shortages Follow safety guidelines and production procedures Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is helpful—but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Detail-oriented and reliable with solid communication skills Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with repetitive tasks Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-moving, startup-style operation High school diploma or GED preferred Schedule & Requirements: Full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime or weekends as needed) Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance Why Paramount?
