Plant Manager About the Company Our client is a leading PET recycling (rPET) manufacturer that converts post-consumer PET bottles into hot-washed PET flakes and recycled chips and granules for food and non-food applications. Location: Mangrol, Near Panoli, Surat, Gujarat Reports to: Managing Director / Director Compensation: INR 15 - 18 LPA Experience: 8+ years total, including 3+ years as Plant Head / Plant Manager Industry:Dyeing & printing (preferred); textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals and recycling also considered Qualification:Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience Scope:Single plant with a team of 200+ Role Summary

• Overall plant management role, focused on running the plant smoothly and resolving issues across departments, rather than a technical role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall plant operations and coordinate Maintenance, Quality (QA / QC), Stores & Dispatch, Safety & EHS and Purchase / Procurement.
• Act as the point of escalation for any departmental issue and resolve it to keep operations running.
• Manage vendors and contractors.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure dispatch commitments are met.
• Ensure pollution control and ETP / environmental compliance.
• Manage statutory audits and factory licences.
• Plan and execute capex projects and plant expansion.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to the MD / Director.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years as Plant Head / Plant Manager.
• Experience managing a single plant with a team of 200+.
• Background in dyeing & printing (preferred), textile processing, plastics / polymers, chemicals or recycling.
• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Graduate in any discipline.
