Inside Sales Specialist

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist SentientGeeks is looking for an experienced #LeadGeneration Specialist to strengthen our B2B sales pipeline and drive high-quality business opportunities. Location: Kolkata (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years What You'll Do:

• Identify and research potential B2B clients and key decision-makers across target industries.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other outbound channels.
• Execute personalized cold outreach and nurture prospects through strategic follow-ups.
• Connect with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain accurate lead databases, CRM records, and outreach reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize lead generation strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, or Outbound Sales.
• Prior experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or the Technology industry is preferred.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication, research, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with defined KPIs and achieve lead generation targets.
