Legal Intern
Job description
Responsibilities
Support the APAC Legal team with filing, document management, monthly reports, and other administrative tasks. Assist with corporate governance and entity management matters. Translate legal and business documents between English and Chinese. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics. Support contract administration, compliance-related work, and other tasks as assigned by the Legal team.
Qualification: Master student in law school with good English skill. Oversea education experience is a plus.
