We are looking to grow our Team! As a Team Member, your top priority will be providing exceptional guest service. We want Team Members who are reliable, productive, friendly with Guests and coworkers, and can follow Tim Hortons standards. In this position you will: Greet & welcome guests with hospitality. Sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day! Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts and more!

Create delicious sandwiches and wraps During down times help clean and stock to ensure we are ready for the next rush period Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment Have fun while making your guests day! Our Company History We have operated in the CBN area for over 30-years and have 125+ team members on our Team...many long-term Team Members with some celebrating over 20 years, 25 years and in 2023 had someone celebrate their 30th anniversary! 1990 - opened the first restaurant in Bay Roberts on Conception Bay Highway 1997 - opened the first restaurant in Carbonear (mall restaurant, closed in 2003) 2002 - opened the stand-alone restaurant in Carbonear 2014 - opened the 2nd restaurant in Bay Roberts on LT Stick Drive With many renovations in between...
