Neuro Behavioral Position

Bachelors degree preferred in fields related to Psych, Social Sciences, Mental Health, Human Services and Education or related field accepted and welcomed! Associate Degree with 2-5 years experience working with individuals in behavioral health or long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate with individuals who have mental health or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance use issues
• Provide prevention-oriented education
• Ability to motivate
• Review and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with Timberlyn Heights interdisciplinary treatment team
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications:
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related field
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Adept at having fun
