• 401k Retirement Plan Major Duties and Responsibilities Drive unit sales and F&I profit by following all sales processes. Ensure that all customers receive premium customer service experience. Conduct four square negotiation process with all customers. Hiring, training, and motivation of sales associates. Inventory Management Supervisory responsibilities Other Duties as Assigned Requirements Experience with retail sales and inventory management. Experience with dealer management system software or ability to learn quickly. CRM experience Strong multitasking skills Valid license with motorcycle endorsement This is a commission-based position - anticipated salary range between $75k-$130k. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push, and pull. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
