Advanced AI Technical Analyst
Job description
We are seeking a highly seasoned Advanced Technical Analyst with 10–12 years of deep data architecture experience to serve as the critical nexus within our technology organization. Operating embedded directly within the AI Engineering team, this strategic role acts as the primary technical interface translating raw data assets, infrastructure pipelines, and governance structures into deployable AI products.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: AI Team Cross-Functional Interfacing Serve as the technical translator converting AI/ML model data specifications into concrete roadmaps Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, AI Product Engineers, and ML Engineers to align downstream feature stores, unstructured data sets, and vector embeddings with business logic.
Partner with non-technical business leaders and product managers to clarify technical limitations, project velocity, and algorithmic constraints in accessible business language. Establish technical requirements for structuring high-quality enterprise data feeds tailored specifically for Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) contexts, and multi-agent AI framework orchestrations.
Oversee the system design and metadata lineage of custom vector databases, operational data lakes, and streaming systems feeding live AI tools Formulate high-level query optimization, indexing parameters, and aggregation strategies across massively parallel stacks for sub-second AI API responses. Author granular technical documentation, system specifications, and integration playbooks that serve as the definitive blueprint for cross-functional sprint goals Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis.
Perform deep technical analysis on existing legacy stack to engineer migration tracks toward modern, real-time AI operating layers. Participates and may lead critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business customer's at DN. Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms. Required Qualifications Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in technical analytical roles, data engineering frameworks, or systems analysis.
AI Technical Concepts: Concrete conceptual and practical understanding of MLOps lifecycle tools. Agile Delivery Leadership: Documented success guiding cross-functional teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies, acting as the ultimate system-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) Performance tuning, Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
