• Los Angeles, CA, Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00Base+Commission/month, Car Rental Customer Service Representative manages the rental process, providing in-person or remote assistance with reservations, vehicle selection, and contract management. Key duties include delivering high-level service, processing returns, inspecting vehicles for damage, and selling optional insurance, upgrades, or services. They resolve customer issues, manage, and maintain accurate rental documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and managing the rental/return process efficiently. Sales & Upgrades: Promoting, selling, and offering, additional products like insurance coverage, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades. Operations: Processing reservations, verifying driver documentation, inspecting vehicles for damage upon return, and managing vehicle inventory.

Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Communication: Answering phone calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general information.
