Use your technical skills to help produce precision components for hydraulic systems that power equipment around the world.

What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC machining equipment, including turning and grinding equipment, and support heat-treating operations. Work with Fanuc-controlled machines, Mori turning centers, and other machining systems. Perform machine setups, tooling adjustments, and offset changes. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and document results.

Follow process sheets, work instructions, and quality standards. Troubleshoot machining issues and escalate concerns as needed. Support production efficiency and continuous improvement. Assist with training other operators as assigned. Follow safety procedures, wear required protective equipment, and maintain an organized workstation.

Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow written and verbal instructions. Experience operating CNC machines and performing setups and adjustments. Familiarity with Fanuc controls and machining cells.

Understanding of blueprints, tolerances, tooling, and precision measurement. Basic math skills and strong mechanical troubleshooting ability. Attention to detail, dependable attendance, and ownership of work quality. Knowledge of hydraulics and experience with CMMs, tool setters, or automated machining environments preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position involves standing and walking throughout the scheduled shift; frequent lifting up to 45 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; repetitive hand and arm movements; and reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling. Tasks require manual dexterity and safe control of tools, parts, and equipment.

Work takes place in an industrial manufacturing environment with moving equipment and noise. Required protective equipment includes safety glasses, safety footwear, gloves, and hearing protection.
