Customer Service Agent

As Betsson continues to grow across Latin America, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience

The Wow

This role is key in supporting customers across multiple channels while ensuring compliance with player safety, responsible gaming, and regulatory requirements

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English
• Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.Translatepromotional content and customer surveys into the local language when required.
• Request, review, verify, and store customer documentationin line with regulatory requirements.PerformKYC checks, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity
• Follow company policies related to player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service (face‑to‑face, online, or phone‑based)
• Strong attention to detailand ability to multitask.Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer‑centric mindset.
