Executive Outlet Operations

About the Role

The Executive, Outlet Operations plays a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining exceptional service standards across DKSH's retail outlets. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong customer experiences, and consistent adherence to company standards.

What You Will Deliver Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and actively contribute to achieving maximum business results across assigned outlets Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and gift item production, ensuring agreed benchmarks are regularly reviewed and upheld Ensure full compliance with stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures, investigating and resolving any discrepancies with appropriate and timely action Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring team members adhere to company rules, regulations, and operational standards at all times Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and customer engagement Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required What You Bring Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma in Food and Beverage (F&B), or a relevant qualification Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field Dynamic, self-motivated, and a fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition Willingness and ability to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends Why Join DKSH At DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
