Communicating planning changes and priorities to ensure alignment across departments. Production Planning, Materials & Inventory You'll help improve how Enstrom plans and manages manufacturing requirements by: Reviewing MRP recommendations, planned orders, work orders, forecasts, inventory requirements, and exception conditions.

Improving planning parameters and system data, including lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, planning horizons, and other factors affecting MRP accuracy. Working closely with Purchasing to identify material shortages, supplier constraints, and procurement priorities. Evaluating production requirements against available manufacturing capacity.

Identifying workload imbalances and recommending scheduling or resource adjustments. Supporting inventory planning strategies that balance material availability, production needs, and inventory investment. Improving planning accuracy and reducing unnecessary schedule disruptions. ERP Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement You'll support data-driven planning and continuous improvement by: Utilizing ERP/MRP systems to maintain accurate production schedules, material requirements, inventory information, and planning data.

Developing, maintaining, and improving business reports, dashboards, and data analysis using ERP systems and available reporting tools. Working with operational leaders to identify opportunities for improved planning processes, system utilization, and reporting. Supporting data accuracy and consistency across production planning, inventory, purchasing, and manufacturing activities.

Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and strengthen planning visibility. Partnering with internal teams to improve the reliability and usefulness of planning information. Cross-Functional Coordination You'll work closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Aftermarket/Sales to: Align production priorities with customer commitments and business needs.

Communicate schedule changes, material concerns, and capacity constraints. Coordinate solutions to production planning challenges.
