Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and prioritizes maintenance activities to meet the requirements of the company including off shifts. Individual will coordinate and direct the workflow of maintenance technicians, and contractors to ensure machine efficiency and quality standards are maintained. Works with cross-functional teams to coordinate and direct installation of equipment, physical structures, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Develops maintenance technician capabilities. Identifies maintenance needs on a routine basis. Ensures all work is done in a compliant manner. Manages the CMMS system including updating user information, equipment Preventative Maintenance (PM’s), etc.
