Compensation

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections to identify needed mechanical and cosmetic repairs Complete basic maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, and fluid checks Document all work performed and communicate needed repairs with service advisors or management Assist with cosmetic reconditioning including buffing, light interior cleaning, and trim repairs Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before being moved to the front line Maintain reconditioning logs and meet daily production targets Operate and move vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures 1+ year of experience in general automotive maintenance or repair Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
