CDL Driver

CDL Driver Location: Acworth, GA 30102 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team in Acworth, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering and picking up goods, operating a forklift when necessary, and ensuring timely and accurate transportation of materials.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial trucks to deliver and pick up goods according to assigned routes and schedules. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed safely and on time. Load and unload materials using a forklift as needed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status. Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record. Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge of delivery and pickup procedures. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
