Supervisor, Digital Marketing
Job description
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the effective, timely, and accurate execution of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Media, Geo-HSMS, Viber, and other digital channels. The role acts as a key coordination point between internal stakeholders, media agencies, and vendors to ensure campaigns launch successfully, meet performance objectives, and comply with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage digital marketing and paid media campaigns. Coordinate with media agencies on campaign setup, targeting, launch, and optimization. Manage Geo-SMS and Viber campaigns, including audience targeting, messaging, scheduling, and tracking. Ensure campaign readiness by coordinating requirements, approvals, creative assets, and timelines.
Develop and review campaign copy and content aligned with brand standards. Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, budgets, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations. Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments. Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and project governance processes.

Tok Requirements Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, performance marketing, or media. Experience working with digital media agencies and vendors. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance metrics.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, travel, or consumer-facing industries is preferred
