Business Requirements Translation : Analyze and understand business needs to convert them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Bridge Between Stakeholders : Act as a liaison between business teams and system integration partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Project Management : Lead and manage projects related to Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
