Operations & Customer Service Coordinator – Golf Club Rentals

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a specialist golf club rental company that helps travelling golfers enjoy their holidays without transporting their own equipment, and is seeking to onboard an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Palma de Mallorca. This is a varied, hands-on position combining golf equipment preparation, rental coordination, customer service and local logistics, with full ownership of the day-to-day operation on the island.

Position: Operations & Customer Service Coordinator Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain Model: On-site Employment type: B2B contract DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience REQUIREMENTS: Excellent spoken and written English Strong organisational and time-management skills Practical, hands-on approach, happy to clean, handle and transport golf equipment Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings Good computer skills, including email and booking systems Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently Full driving licence Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance Flexible during busy golfing and holiday periods Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services Advantages Spanish language skills Knowledge of golf equipment or an interest in golf Previous experience in rental operations, tourism, hospitality, logistics or customer service Experience with online bookings, social media or digital marketing BENEFITS: Company van supplied Responsibility for local operations in one of Europe's popular golf destinations Opportunity to work independently and make a real impact on customer satisfaction Role within an established international golf rental business And many more!
