Advanced Oral Surgery is searching for an exceptional Practice Relations Ambassador to elevate our social media presence, strengthen referral relationships, and bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts.

Working alongside Dr. Mark Jesin and Dr. Calvin Panah , you'll play a key role in growing our practice through creative marketing, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

📱 Social Media & Creative Marketing Take ownership of our social media presence, keeping content fresh, engaging, and consistent. Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, videos, photos, and posts. Showcase our surgeons, team, technology, patient experiences, and practice culture. Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement across social platforms.

Stay ahead of trends and bring exciting new ideas to our marketing strategy. 🤝 Referral Relationships & Community Outreach Build genuine relationships with referring dentists, specialists, and their teams. Visit dental offices regularly, becoming a familiar face they genuinely look forward to seeing. Coordinate creative referral appreciation gifts, goodie drop-offs, and personalized outreach.

Work closely with Dr. Panah to expand his referral network and strengthen community relationships. Identify new referral opportunities and develop memorable ways to connect. 🎉 Events, Marketing & Organization Plan and execute continuing education events, Lunch & Learns, open houses, and referral appreciation activities.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community outreach. Independently manage schedules, projects, deadlines, and local travel. Track marketing efforts, social media engagement, and referral activity. Take initiative, follow through, and keep everything running smoothly! Who We're Looking For Personality matters.

What You'll Bring

Strong social media content creation and video editing skills. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Marketing, public relations, hospitality, event planning, or relationship-building experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Dental experience is a plus, but absolutely NOT required!
