Join Siemens Energy as a Finance Lead in our manufacturing area, where you will take charge of financial responsibilities for a volume exceeding 10 million EUR and oversee a dedicated team of 80 employees. Imagine working in a dynamic factory environment, where you will engage in product cost and price calculations while analyzing production variances and material consumption.

You will be the essential link between production, purchasing, and other operations departments, driving cost savings and production controlling initiatives.

Your role

will also involve managing the regular closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes, as well as supervising Asset Management activities.How You’ll Make an Impact. You will manage financial responsibilities for a manufacturing area with a volume of over 10 million EUR and 80 employees.Analyze production variances, material consumption, and cost center coverage, addressing non-conformance costs (NCCs) effectively.

Collaborate closely with technical managers, business partners, and team members, serving as the vital link between production and operations departments.Drive cost savings initiatives and enhance production controlling to improve operational efficiency.Oversee the regular closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the production area, while defining and supervising Asset Management activities.

What You BringA successfully completed degree in business, finance, or economics.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on production controlling, cost calculation, and inventory management.Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO to support financial operations.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for effective data analysis and presentations.

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.Strong analytical skills that enable you to solve complex issues and present them clearly.Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment with changing requirements and priorities across multiple projects.A strong orientation towards quality and organization to create efficiencies and enhance profitability.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in German is preferred.About the Team.
