Masker - Conversions

During the first 3+-6 months, employees will participate in our Masker Certification Program, where they will receive comprehensive training and develop the skills needed for success in the role. The primary responsibilities include masking and demasking customer products in preparation for and following the parylene coating process. Additional duties may include product cleaning, surface preparation, quality inspection, packaging, shipping and receiving, fixture refurbishment, and other production-related activities.

This position offers a defined career path with opportunities to progress from Masker I through Masker IV based on skill development, demonstrated proficiency, and successful completion of training milestones. Additional career advancement opportunities are also available.
