What is in it for you: Competitive Earnings: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (tailored directly to your technical expertise) Awesome Perks: Daily access to supercars, track vehicles, and exclusive involvement in exciting motor events Great Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:30) plus just every second Saturday morning (Half Day) Strong Package: 28 days holiday, excellent employee benefits scheme, and continuous professional growth True Craftsmanship: Work in an autonomous, supportive environment that treats auto repair as an art form What you will be doing: Performing full mechanical repairs, precision servicing, routine maintenance, and complex engine rebuilds Carrying out advanced diagnostic fault-finding across everything from daily drivers to high-performance supercars Executing custom modifications and specialist repairs to strict standards for safety, performance, and track reliability Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent), strong mechanical repair competence with a methodical problem-solving mindset, pride in your tooling, and a valid UK Driving Licence Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastleigh, making it a quick, straightforward commute from Southampton, Winchester, Chandler's Ford, Romsey, Hedge End, and Portsmouth.
