Senior Go Platform Engineer

We are looking for Senior/Lead Go Platform Engineers to build the Kubernetes-native platform components — operators, scheduler plugins, and device integration — that enforce topology-aware placement decisions in GKE.

Responsibilities

Develop a custom Kubernetes Operator for TPU workload orchestration Build a custom scheduler plugin integrating the optimization solver's output Implement a mock TPU device source for CI/CD testing without physical hardware Integrate with Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) Track and de-risk upstream open-source dependency changes (e.

g., K8s DRA evolution) Requirements Strong proficiency in Golang (primary), plus Python, Rust, or C++ Deep Kubernetes internals knowledge (operators, controllers, custom schedulers, CRDs) Hands-on GCP experience (GKE) Experience with container orchestration patterns and API design Familiarity with Kubernetes DRA (Dynamic Resource Allocation) Nice to have Contributions to open-source Kubernetes projects Experience building mock/simulated hardware device plugins
