We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves working with people, and is keen to be involved in both the front-office and clinical sides of a busy dental practice.

You will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive a seamless and positive experience, while also providing valuable support to our clinicians. Reception Responsibilities Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression Managing appointments and maintaining patient records Processing payments and handling daily administrative tasks Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice Delivering outstanding customer service at every patient interaction Dental Assistant Responsibilities Assisting clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and equipment Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards Managing stock and clinical supplies Supporting a safe, organised, and efficient clinical environment Hours Monday: 7:45am – 4:45pm Tuesday: 7:45am – 4:45pm Wednesday: 7:45am – 4:45pm Thursday: 7:45am – 4:45pm Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a Receptionist or customer-facing role Dental Assistant experience preferred, although full training can be provided for the right person Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence using computer systems and learning new software A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service Why Join Lumino Symes de Silva?
