PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Job Scope Assist morning briefing with operations team for daily direction. Assist to monitor and ensure admin finished their task within the stipulated time. Assist to monitor and ensure receiver on floor to finish within the stipulated time. Update tracking records for the adjustments from Crossdock and Storage.

Update Receiving Summary Report every 2 hours in the group. Update Goods Reject Advice (GRA), shortage and over receive inside the Watson’s Portal. Interact with transporters regarding documentation. Emails to suppliers regarding receiving discrepancy. Ensure the safety of receiving employees. Weekly Job Scope Prepare and Update Material Packing usage report for the Receiving department.

Prepare and Update usage of receiving assets. Compile documentation copy from supplier. Monthly Job Scope Compile Goods Reject Advice (GRA). AD

• HOC SUPPORT DUTIES (WAREHOUSE ADMIN) Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs. Facilities & Maintenance. Keep recording checklist for cleanliness & Maintenance (e.g., air-conditioner, genset) Ensuring that common areas, offices, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Keeping detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs. Support team for GDPMD/GDP Audit/Project and Warehouse workplace inspection. Warehouse HR admin report update.
