We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to help us lead the way. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business strategy, regulatory obligations and technology solutions to support Aus. Net’s OT Communications strategy, investment prioritisation and long-term planning.

What you’ll be doing in this role: Requirements gathering and analysis across telecommunication engineering. Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the OT Communications masterplan and delivery roadmap. Translate engineering specifications into business, operational and regulatory objectives with clear priorities, requirements and recommendations.

Partner with OT Communications, Digital, Engineering and business stakeholders to shape investment decisions and delivery outcomes. Prepare high-quality artefacts including business cases, options analysis, requirements documentation, benefits maps and leadership reporting. You don’t need to check every box, however we’re looking for a good combination of: Experience in a senior and/or technical Business Analyst role, ideally in complex or technology-enabled environments.

Able to translate complex engineering requirements into non-engineering requirement, priotities and recommendations Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. Capability in structured analysis, requirements definition, process improvement and strategic problem-solving.

Exposure to utilities, operational technology, regulatory environments or capital planning processes will be highly regarded. The Aus.
