Customer Sales Associate – Full-Time | Hourly + Commission

We want to meet you. 7 Flags Car Wash is hiring multiple full-time Sales & Customer Service Team Members who can bring that personality to every customer interaction. This role gives you the opportunity to put those skills to work while earning commissions on top of your hourly pay.

You don't need sales experience . We can teach you how to sell.

They know when to keep things moving, when there's an opportunity to engage, and how to make a recommendation without making the interaction feel forced. Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, team sports, clubs, leadership, fundraising, or similar environments can all demonstrate the skills we're looking for.

What You'll Do

Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently Quickly build rapport and create a positive customer experience Promote membership plans and other services Identify opportunities to make recommendations based on customer needs Work toward individual and team sales goals Keep customers moving efficiently during busy periods Support your team and site operations throughout the shift What We're Looking For Previous sales experience is not required.

Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 a.m. or end as late as 9:00 p.m. Applicants must be available for a combination of weekdays, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.
