Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.

Our diverse patient population includes a broad range of medical and post-operative cases , such as: Orthopedic procedures: knees, hips, shoulders General surgeries: appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resections Specialized care: bariatric surgery, sepsis, pancreatitis, and stable pneumothorax We maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 , supported by highly skilled Patient Care Associates to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.
