Already Autism Health is looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our Riverside Clinic! This is a full-time onsite/hybrid opportunity that combines clinical services, virtual support, and collaboration with families and team members. Important Location Requirement: Applicants must live in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state line and hold an active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's individual needs and treatment goals. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide direct ABA services in a clinical setting, along with virtual services as needed. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), collect data, and analyze client progress.

Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and other clinical team members. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to promote consistency across settings. Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments based on client progress and clinical data. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Stay current with ABA research, evidence-based practices, and BACB ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state line. Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized BIPs. Previous experience training and supervising RBTs or behavior technicians. Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
