Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance and reliability strategy for D.S. Brown's North Baltimore manufacturing facility. This role oversees maintenance personnel, facility infrastructure, production equipment, and contractor relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, expertise in electrical controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in maximizing equipment uptime, reducing downtime, managing capital improvement projects, and supporting the long-term success of the operation.
