As an HR Technician, you’ll work closely with our team to play a vital advisory role in key areas such as staffing, employee retention, skills development, and the overall well-being of our employees—both unionized and non-unionized.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Participate in recruitment and staffing activities (posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and hiring) Welcome and support new employees during their onboarding Update employee records and handle various HR administrative tasks Participate in activities related to training, employee benefits, and the employee experience Support the administrative follow-up of certain cases (CNESST, disabilities, personnel changes, etc.)
