Description Budget Rent a Car of Atlanta is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager Trainee to join our team at our Atlanta Airport location. As a Service Manager Trainee, you will learn and assist with the daily operations of our vehicle service and fleet management functions.

Inspecting rental vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and overall condition Identifying vehicle makes, models, and basic automotive features Coordinating vehicle movement and availability Assisting with vehicle preparation and service needs Communicating effectively with customers, coworkers, and management Maintaining accurate records and completing required paperwork Performing basic mathematical calculations related to vehicle and rental operations Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs professionally Learning company procedures, policies, and fleet-management operations Requirements Qualifications: The ideal candidate should: Have knowledge of automotive makes and models and general knowledge of automobiles Have excellent attention to detail Be a quick learner and willing to accept training and direction Have good communication and basic math skills Possess strong customer-service skills Be dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Be at least 21 years of age Be able to safely perform the physical functions of the position, including bending, climbing a 12-foot ladder, walking approximately 2–3 miles during a workday, and lifting up to 70 pounds Be comfortable working in an active airport and vehicle-rental environment We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, works well with others, and is eager to develop their automotive and management skills.
