Maintenance Planner / Relief Supervisor

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Planner / Relief Supervisor plans and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure University facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The position develops work plans and schedules, coordinates materials, contractors, and resources, manages preventive maintenance and work order backlogs, and plans outages and shutdowns.

The role also provides relief supervisory coverage during absences, emergencies, major events, and periods of increased operational demand, supporting the effective delivery of campus maintenance services.
