Part-Time Physical Therapist The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg | Hollidaysburg, PA Benchmark Therapies will begin providing therapy services at The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg on November 1, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join the team. This could be a nice opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and would like to be part of a new therapy partnership from the beginning.

Benchmark is therapist-led and small by design. We value clinical judgment, good communication, and giving our therapists the support they need without making things more complicated than they need to be. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat residents with mobility, strength, balance, and functional needs Develop individualized plans of care based on each resident’s goals Help residents improve or maintain mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, residents, families, and facility staff Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license Strong communication and clinical judgment A collaborative and resident-centered approach An interest in working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting Part-Time Benefits PTO accrual with unlimited rollover Paid holidays 401(k) Unlimited access to CEU360 continuing education Support from experienced and accessible clinical leadership We know changing jobs or adding a part-time position is a big decision, so there’s no pressure.
