Manager, Maintenance and Operations

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation, plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the day-to-day maintenance, repair, grounds, and operational activities of the District. Provides direct oversight of assigned maintenance and grounds personnel and coordinates the completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, alterations, and other facility-related activities.

Ensures District buildings, grounds, landscaped areas, equipment, and related facilities are maintained in a safe, functional, and operational condition to support a high-quality learning and working environment. Assists the Director with implementation of departmental programs, projects, procedures, and priorities and performs related duties as assigned.

/ Qualifications This posting is for a classified management position working 247.5 duty days. This is a classified full-time position working 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday.
