Manage Document Management System (DMS) SME to provide technical leadership across i. Manage migration, administration, support, and platform optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end i. Manage document migration activities, including discovery, planning, execution, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off. Assess and manage i. Manage environments covering workspaces, libraries, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, and document structures. Define migration strategies, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure migration quality and compliance.

Perform hands-on i. Manage administration and configuration, including workspace management, metadata governance, taxonomy, and user access controls. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and performance-related issues. Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, security, vendors, and support teams to deliver successful migration and BAU outcomes.

Develop technical documentation, runbooks, playbooks, and support procedures. Drive knowledge transfer initiatives and build internal i. Manage capability, reducing dependency on external vendors.

Required Skills

& Experience Strong hands-on experience with i. Manage DMS administration and configuration. Proven experience leading document management system (DMS) migration projects. Expertise in workspaces, libraries, metadata, taxonomy, document classes, and permissions. Experience with migration mapping, validation, reconciliation, and exception management.

Ability to independently troubleshoot complex i. Manage and DMS issues. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across technical and business teams.
