We’re looking for a Creative Production Associate, Production & Experiences who wants to help make those ideas happen. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, resourceful, curious, and energized by figuring things out.

You’ll work directly with the Creative Director, Brand & Experience to take approved concepts from “What if we did this?
” to “It’s happening” to “WOW!” We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking a goal, figuring out the path forward, and asking the right questions along the way. Up, Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus Valid driver’s license required and comfortable making occasional local supply runs A college degree is not required. Relevant experience, initiative, judgment, and demonstrated ability to get things done matter more. Work Environment This is a fully on-site role at our mountain campus in Running Springs, California.
Expect walking across a large campus, working indoors and outdoors in changing mountain weather, lifting or carrying materials, props, and event supplies, and getting directly involved in setups, installations, events, and resets. Hands-on support is part of the role, but specialized construction, electrical, rigging, elevated, or technical installation work will be completed by appropriately trained staff or vendors.
